Cmclafferty I’m sorry that you didn’t find the piece helpful. I think the principles in the part about the Kitchen and the Mindset should be helpful to people in just about any situation. I understand that not everyone is able to lift weights for various reasons. But the principle of progressive overload can still be useful. For example, the same principle applies to walking for those who are able to do that. You can apply the principle by walking further or longer or slightly faster each week and still get many of the benefits.
